We don’t want you to force a connection with us, if we’re not the right fit for your needs.
Here’s what we don’t offer, and why that’s a good thing for you.
Fire Watch
We’re not a temporary solution. If your system is marked as non-operational, or your business is put on Fire Watch per the Fire Marshal’s Office, we do not offer our services to be on watch for you.
We’re here to fix the system, not just babysit it.
Managed IT Services
We’re experts in fire alarm and security systems, not computer networks. We believe in doing one thing well – and that’s protecting people and property through code-compliant, professionally installed systems.
We do, however, partner with the best in the business and will get you into the right hands.
Phone Systems
Our focus is on life safety and security, not business communications. We’ll integrate with your phone system where required (e.g., emergency call routing), but we don’t sell, manage,or install VoIP, PBX, or telecom infrastructure.
We Don't Pretend to Be Everything
We’re not a jack-of-all-trades. If you need something outside our scope, we’ll tell you – and we’ll even refer you to someone we trust!
